bag addict on a strict budget induced detox. Yowch. Sometimes looking even hurts, but sometimes, it makes us giddy.
You’ve got to love a purse that comes with jewelry, so to speak. The Scarlet Hobo by Elliott Lucca is accessorized with an assortment of metal, bead and leather charms and shockingly enough, my favorite color choice is the black! It’s also available in white, marina and green tea. You’d think I’d pick the marina or green tea, but no, I really like the contrast between the black pearlized leather and colored charms.
Measuring 14″ l x 6″ h x 4″ d, it has a green tea-colored nylon jacquard lining and cell phone, multipurpose and back wall zippered pockets. Priced at $158, it’s actually a handbag I could work into my budget if I decide to, which is one of the reasons I love Elliott Lucca!

That is a very different bag from Elliot Lucca.
I don’t like charms on bags (although, I love the idea of buying my own to add). Brighton and Kathy Van Zeeland do it. Brighton makes lovely bags, which are ruined by their hearts. I’m generally not into those childish symbols, I’m not even crazy about the lock and keys (mostly because it’s spread through every designer, though, but I also don’t like the IMAGE of a bag being hard to open, hee hee)!
I do love tassels or even pom poms, though.
So, why didn’t you show us the black? Now we have to go clicking to the store!

Yeah, I would have loved to have shown the black, but I couldn’t find a photo of it in that color!

I really like it in green tea and the charms are too cute.
